The goal of the retreat is to combine fitness, relaxation and fun, which will allow you to return to normal life feeling, energized and refreshed is that you will learn workout, nutrition and healthy living techniques that you can take home and adapt it to your lifestyle.  You will learn mussy thai fitness, cross training and tai chi practices to help you stay mindful and present, so you can reach all of your life goals.

Your host is Coach Enzo Distaso, Muay Thai Fitness Trainer and Beach Boxing Coach.  Having been to Thailand more then 20 years, you can be rest assured that you are in good hands with Enzo and and his team.

Our weight loss program is designed to help you shed those extra pounds and get in shape. We combine high-intensity workouts with personalized meal plans to help you achieve your goals.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance trainingresistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

POOL WORKOUT

One of the best ways to recover from hard training sessions is getting into the pool for some pool recovery workouts. The best thing is that you can still get metabolic using the pool. At the retreat we will go head over to the local pool for a workout session, which is easier on the joints while allowing us to actively recover the week of tough training.

BEACH TRAINING

On sunday  we will be heading to the beach for a sunset workout, fun in the sun and watch the sunset. Adding the sand and sun makes these workouts intense workouts effective and challenging.
