The goal of the retreat is to combine fitness, relaxation and fun, which will allow you to return to normal life feeling, energized and refreshed is that you will learn workout, nutrition and healthy living techniques that you can take home and adapt it to your lifestyle. You will learn mussy thai fitness, cross training and tai chi practices to help you stay mindful and present, so you can reach all of your life goals.
Your host is Coach Enzo Distaso, Muay Thai Fitness Trainer and Beach Boxing Coach. Having been to Thailand more then 20 years, you can be rest assured that you are in good hands with Enzo and and his team.

FITNESS – WEIGHT LOSS
Get fit with our fitness class, circuit training and weight exercise
Our weight loss program is designed to help you shed those extra pounds and get in shape. We combine high-intensity workouts with personalized meal plans to help you achieve your goals.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
POOL WORKOUT
The best ways to recover from hard training sessions is getting into the pool for some pool recovery workouts. The best thing is that you can still get metabolic using the pool. At the retreat we will go to the local pool for a workout session, which is easier on the joints while allowing us to actively recover from a week of tough training.
KRU and TRAINER course level A B C at my gym
If you want to become a teacher or Muay Thai trainer, we can provide you with a certificate at our gym or at your gym.
KRU and TRAINER course at your gym
We can also come to your gym to conduct a Kru or Muay Thai Trainer course.
BEACH TRAINING
On Sunday, we’ll be heading to the beach for a sunset workout, fun in the sun, and to watch the sunset. The sand and sun add an extra challenge, making these workouts both intense and effective.
SCHOOL OF MUSIC
Join us for music classes with Coach Enzo! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, Coach Enzo will guide you through engaging and fun lessons. Our classes are designed to help you develop your musical talents in a supportive environment, with personalized attention to ensure you reach your full potential.
